Jennifer is the founder and head coach of the Northern Virginia Composite mountain bike team. An active community volunteer, Jennifer has been recognized for her leadership by the Girl Scouts of America, Loudoun County Medical Reserve Corps, and the Virginia NICA league. Always an outdoor enthusiast, she started mountain biking about twenty years ago. Jennifer has a degree in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary.
Corinne represents the non mountain biking parents of NOVA Composite. Her idea of a good time on a bike involves a beach cruiser and a flat neighborhood! She has a degree in Community Health Promotion and taught for many years as a birth educator. Now a stay at home parent, Corinne spends much of her time volunteering in her children's schools and in the community. She loves hiking, snowshoeing, and road trips with her family.
Stefan is an Internet professional and outdoor lover. He got his first mountain bike in college but didn't get serious about using it until his son took his first two-wheeler off-road. Stefan enjoys cycling on both pavement and trails, open water swimming, running, and skiing. He formerly served as the chief race official for the Virginia NICA league.
